Hyderabad: Blackbaud, a global leader in software powering social impact, has expanded its India presence with the launch of a new office in Hyderabad.
The move reinforces Blackbaud’s commitment to accelerating AI-led innovation, cloud-native development, and data modernization across its global product portfolio.
Blackbaud: New Hyderabad Office to Drive AI, Cloud, and Product Innovation
Located in HITEC City, Hyderabad’s premier technology hub, the facility strengthens the company’s ability to deliver intelligent and scalable solutions for fundraising, financial management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and education management.
The center expands the company’s global footprint and supports its mission to advance purpose-built technologies for organizations across more than 100 countries.

Kevin Gregoire, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Blackbaud, said the city’s strong technological ecosystem aligns with the company’s purpose. He stated that the Hyderabad office will play a major role in leading the social impact sector into an AI-driven future by building technology that empowers customers to create meaningful global change.
Rajiv Gajria, Vice President and Managing Director, Blackbaud India, highlighted the rapid growth of the India team over the past year across engineering, product, design, and operations functions. He emphasized that Blackbaud continues to hire curious, skilled, and purpose-driven professionals who want to work on problems that create real impact.
Blackbaud partnered with Zinnov to establish and scale its India operations. Karthik Padmanabhan, Managing Partner at Zinnov, noted that India – particularly Hyderabad – has become a preferred destination for engineering talent and innovation-driven companies, making it an ideal location for Blackbaud’s expansion.
Blackbaud and Zinnov Host CSR Roundtable Focused on Digital Impact
As part of the launch, Blackbaud and Zinnov co-hosted a CSR Roundtable in Hyderabad with leaders from corporates, government bodies, and GCCs to discuss the future of India’s CSR ecosystem.
The conversations centered on how digital tools, data transparency, and collaborative frameworks can enhance measurable CSR outcomes.
